I can't complete registration form it keeps coming up with an error

Im trying to complete a registration and RMA form because my PSU has died under a 10 year warranty but every time I try to complete it there is an error page. What do I do?

    Welcome to the forums..You may inadvertently be logged into EVGA in the wrong region..Go to the EVGA Homepage and in the top-right corner select your region (US, Europe, etc.)..Other than that, contact EVGA Customer Service in your region in the link above where they will straighten it out for you, no problemo.
