I can never upload picture of invoice for 3080 Ti- Always get INTERNAL SERVER ERROR.

So i don't know what is going on but i have been trying for literal months to ulpoad a picture of my invoice for my RTX 3080 Ti and every time i select the image and then ask for it to be saved there is a pause and then eventual redirect to a page stating that there is an INTERNAL SERVER ERROR, what the hell? I have tried this on multiple browsers and it's always the same error, what is going on???????
