I bought a Evga 1080ti SC2 how do I receive my free copy of Ghost Recon-Wildlands?

I can't tell if its Nvidia, or Evga that is putting on this deal, but anyways I bought a 1080ti SC2 and on the site where I bought the card it says "Choose for Honor, or Ghost Recon Wildlands as a free gift!"  So does anyone know what I need to do in order to get my free game?

    Got my card today, registered it.  The page shows:
    YOU HAVE NO QUALIFIED REGISTERED PRODUCTS
     
    Had it preordered from evga store :(
     
    On my product page, it shows I'm eligible hehe

    I pre-ordered the SC2 from Newegg on 4/8 (I'm one of the few folks who are taxed by EVGA's store, so I had to go Newegg).  I contacted customer service, and...
     
    1)  They still don't have inventory as of 4/26
    2)  They can't add the Nvidia promo for For Honor/Wildlands until the pre-order transfers to a regular order once they receive stock.
    3)  I kept on them to add a note to my account to make sure I get the promo once my order ships (I'll still have to contact them again to get it).
    4)  If anyone has to do the same thing, make sure you save your Newegg support chat log as proof!

    How do I go about getting my code if I'm in Europe? There's no option to request a code and it also says "For residents of the United States or Canada only."
