Good day. I live in Russia. My English is very simple. I have a question for you.
I became the owner of a laptop EVGA SC17 1080. I am very happy . The processor holds a frequency of 4.2Mhz at low voltage. Graphics card works steadily at a frequency of 1.9Mhz. RAM memory runs at 3200Mhz for excellent timings.
But there is one problem with the laptop screen. It has red grains or pixil, they are clearly visible on a white background. Is this a laptop screen protector fault? Can I remove it from the screen?

If it seems like you have a stuck pixel, you can try using something like http://www.jscreenfix.com/ to try and resolve the issue. If the issue persists, go ahead and let us know! We can look into options to further assist you.

Do the red pixels form a pattern? About how many are red? More or less than 10?

Good day. Thanks for the support. The screen has no bad pixels. The case in a protective film on the screen.
Here is an excerpt from the test
"The overlying edge-to-edge matte panel is rather thick, so images and texts do not "pop" and there is a slight graininess to the display overall. This can be seen below in our microscope shot where we had trouble focusing on the individual RGB pixels due to the protective matte screen"

Can I remove the matte screen film?

EVGA warranty/ RMA - Would Require the laptop be Returned in Stock - Unmodified Condition

I do not know if it is possible to remove the "film" and not cause damage to the laptop

How about a screen shot of a Picture @ Native resolution and Zero Magnification ?
