Unfortunately, since I'm not an elite member, I can't sign up for the associates program. And given how few posts I have, there's no way I'd be able to get to 100 posts before the offer expires. $99.99 would be a very sweet deal and I desperately need a new PSU.

I got it! I clicked on Cool GTX's link in his signature with his associate code, and it worked! 99 bucks plus shipping! Note that I did try your code in your info on the left, bcavanaugh, but it said the associate code was not a valid code.

Fortunately you didn't sign up. If you're an Associates member, you can NOT get the deal. Quite bizarre, but you can only get the deal if you are NOT an Associate member, but you use someone else's Associate code, so you got lucky there.  I wonder how many people are going to read that ad and see the bottom saying they should sign up, and then find that they can't get the deal because they just signed up as an Associate member. Way misleading.

That is a Change to the Terms that happened Today ---> " Associates may not receive Buyer Discounts through the use of an Associate Code." So, if you signed up as an Associate - you are not eligible for the discount--->(As of Today 15 March)

I'm betting a lot of people signed up to be associates and lost that ability. You can't buy with someone elses code if you're an associate...that wasn't clearly spelled out...and I find it quite annoying...but hey..hahah

You can't be an associate rewards member and use the code of someone else. It's trying to bring non associate members to the EVGA site to buy items. So more of a word of mouth referral from a friend.
