Are you near a microcenter store? They have pretty regular EARLY MORNING drops. You have to get there early before they open but at least that's a better chance than going againt bots

Walmart, best buy, BJs, small PC store at the mall, target. To be honest i would go to the smallest town or place in your state where people would not buy an expensive hardware like GPUs. The chance of getting one is greater than the regular stores.

Even if not being claimed, covid has effected supply chains in some way. Isn't the biggest bottleneck atm with NVidia providing chipset to EVGA? Friend waited at microcenter and was able to get a card on launch day

ScanCoUK has had 3090's in stock every time I poked my head over there the past few days, PNY, Gigabyte, and I forgot the third I saw. They get stock regularly. Not sure if they sell to the US though.
 Have water, will cool.

all 3080 are pre order in my country, i am waiting like 3 months already for mines witch happen to be a evga xc3 gaming 3080 , i dont get it because others already have theirs

two recommendations 1) get on the wait list at the EVGA website 2) get on stockdrops.net on discord I've had opportunities to buy from both - if I keep holding my breath on a hydro-copper Kingpin then you'll probably get one before me
