So it seems i got a bit unlucky with my hybrid kit, it has a constant buzz to it. from what i can tell, its the pump running at max speed. the system has been on 50+ hours and it hasnt changed also doesn't sound quite like trapped air. does anyone have experience with this, is there any other solution other than soldering a tacho wire onto the pump that for some reason is not there to begin with? thanks.

hoses up. i would need to make a really tight bend to get it the other way around. but as i said it is a constant buzzing noise, even after i could hear air bleeding out.

I would try and get it mounted with hoses down if that's possible and let it run for a day or two like that and see if the sound goes away. If it doesn't u may need to rma.

Hey, mine was doing the same thing as yours, I had my radiator mounted above the pump and left it running for a few days and their was no change. I called customer support and they ended up sending me another one. You should try giving them a call.
