I just received my hybrid cooler today and just wanted to give my experience.

-Firstly, the packaging was 10x better and thicker than my 3080 XC3 Ultra packaging. Not to say that there Ultra was bad but damn this was large and secure retail packaging. Screw Trees. Don't need em.
-Installation instructions get a 7 out of 10. Not bad, but being more clear on which screws to use would have been nice. I can see that this is a niche product though with a smaller customer base.
-Quality: Everything lines up and the finish on everything is excellent. Screws look good and don't strip easily and all the heat pads were pre-applied.
-Size: The hybrid takes up 2 slots exactly which I like. The XC3 cooler took up closer to 2.5 slots ad left less space in the bottom of my case.
-One of the 2 fanes has a sever whine to it, but that's okay. I have spare NF-A12's laying around. I won't be an issue.

Performance: My XC3 Ultra stock cooler was good. At full fan speeds I would get 62c max with 30 minutes of Furmark. With the Hybrid cooler attached I am maxing out at 38c after 30 minutes. Ambient in my grow/office room is controlled and at a constant 21-22c. My plants are peculiar about temperature.

Last time I had an EVGA hybrid was a long time ago with the 980 Hybrid and the performance on that 120mm radiator was weak. I am surprised and happy with the performance here.

I love my XC3 hybrid after installing the kit. For me my temps were a lot worse (70-80c full load), and with the kit I get 56-65,  but my setup has some issues with limited exhaust space. But I can do those temps with the hybrid while mostly quiet, which is great. The only important tweak is reducing the blower vrm fan as that on is pretty loud.
