I'm just wondering if anyone has been able to reach new highs since they upgraded. There was some scattered talk about it once in a while, but I couldn't find any definite "Yeah, my ram finally opened up to x speed" talks anywhere.

Not on z690. Bios or something makes it very unstable to get the speed close to 8000.

    can run geek3 8533 C34 on z690 dark + 13600K. 8600 is doable, still testing

    thanks

hoping EVGA BIOS team can get Gear 4 working soon. 10000 is certainly doable on this hardware. Just need some software support.

    Definitely stability.

Congrats, zippy!  That is amazing tinkering.  I wish I had the time for tinkering and playing around with liquid nitrogen. I'm so clumsy, I know it would turn into a disaster.

I've been able to run geekbench at 8000 c32 with m-die. Still waiting to have enough money to buy a-die (it's still expensive in France).
As for my daily I went from 7000 C32 to 7200 c32 with raptor lake :)

(ps : bought the z790 apex and it does not better, at least as far as m-die is concerned ;) )

So definitely an upgrade from Alder lake on my side

Very nice.  And now that G.Skill has released DDR5-8000, things will keep moving on up.

I've had nothing but issues with my Z690 Dark Kingpin (BIOS 2.03), 13900K, and G.Skill Trident Z5s 7600CL36. We need BIOS 2.04!
