Hello I have a tiny cpu liquid 1 fan radiator cooler. Also have gtx1080 with one fan liquid cooler I have installed evga flow control for cpu. How can I control the gtx cooler ? Second, my CPU parameters are about 35-45 C (I seen 45 C but rare ) - CPU pump speed 2900-3000 fan speed 1300-1400 this is when I worked with UE4  Is that okay ? Assume that I am in a hot place than normal even it is winter. I could not observe gtx tempature. Which official program can I use to view it ? I am not thinking overclocking but is there any parameter to modify in order to get better tempature results ?

Thank you.

    Your temps are fine.

Use hwinfo64 to see all available temperatures and speeds in your system :-)

You can use MSI afterburner to see GPU temps and set a custom fan curve to get the temps lower
MSI afterburner works with EVGA cards
EVGA has a program too precision xoc  it can set a custom fan curve
    https://www.evga.com/precisionxoc/

You do have the Hybrid, me too. I like to ramp up the fan on the card to help keep the VRM and memory cool.
It sees a cool GPU so the fan runs slower, I rather it run a bit faster just to be sure everything else stays cool under load.

It would also help if you provide what your ambient temperature is.

Are you using your single fan in a push or pull format?

Also which single 120mm rad AIO do you have?

Those are pretty acceptable idle temps. I like to use CPUID HWMonitor to monitor temps when benchmarking. It monitors voltages, temps, fan speeds, etc. for just about everything--Mobo, CPU, RAM, SSDs, HDDs, case fans, and GPUs.
You should run some games and/or benchmarks for an extended period of time to really get an idea of your max temps if you want to ensure that you are adequately cooling your PC.
Are you using the thermal paste that came on the CPU cooler? Generally, the stock paste is fine, but you can see minor improvements by using a higher quality thermal paste (as long as you apply it properly). I personally like Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut.
