How to pay for ICX upgrade?

Hello all. I received the email stating that my ICX upgrade for my 1080 FTW has been approved but for the life of me I can't find anywhere to make the payment as requested in the email. Could someone please shed some light on this please? I'm sure it's something obvious, but assistance would be greatly appreciated.

    I had checked that page, but until now I had never tried scrolling sideways on my request. And there it was. I figured it was something silly like that. Thanks for the assistance.

    Lol. Its strange, because the window scales with resolution. On my 1440p monitor, I could see the pay request on the far right, but when I log in at work, it is hidden and I have to scroll. I figured that was what you were experiencing.
