How to activate second GPU on Precision X

I just purchased the new 1070ti FTW 2 today to go along with my 1070 FTW. I removed my 1070 FTW from the main PCI slot and placed it to PCI slot 4 because i didn't have space to place it anywhere else and installed the 1070ti ftw2 on the primary PCI
 
Now in my device manager both cards are showing up, but in precision X & OSD settings only my new 1070ti ftw 2 is appearing. I do not see the original 1070 ftw showing up in my Precision X tool 
 
 

 
 
However with that being said when i click on HW monitoring i see this

    You may have to delete and reinstall the software for it to work.

    Did you enable SLI in NV control panel?

    Did you enable SLI in NV control panel?

    It's not possible to SLI those two cards. Some people have more than one video card for reasons other than gaming.

    I agree with the Precision reinstall suggestion.
