How many Graphic Cards

How many Graphic Cards can be connected to using the M2s, PCI express 3x16:
1-    EVGA Z270 FTW K, 132-KS-E277-KR
2 -   EVGA Z370 FTW, 134-KS-E377-KR
 
I would like at least one board that can support 6 to 8 graphic cards

    two for sli but since you want that many i would say its for mining, in that case all the other slots are x1 and you lose some to the second m.2, the first m.2 is shared with the u.2. check the manual as the specs are listed there.

    You probably want a specialized board for mining, not a consumer gaming board

    usually boards that you can enable above 4g decoding will allow for 6+ GPU. I don't currently have an EVGA motherboard to check for ya. the Asrock H110 bTC pro can handle 12 and can be found for under $200.

    I have the Z370 Classified K and am stuck with only 6 GPUs.  I can get the 7th card to be seen but says there are no resources available for it to actually load.

    EVGA Z370 Classified K with Intel 8770K
    2x16GB Corsair LPM memory
