How long does it usually take for the RMA status to change?

My GPU recently started acting up, so I RMA'd it and shipped it in earlier this week.  The tracking from FedEx shows that it was delivered and signed for on 01/09, but when I look at my open RMAs, it doesn't show that it's been received and states that EVGA is still waiting for it.  I thought that something would have updated by today, but it hasn't and it's a tiny bit concerning.

    With all RMA's it does take us 1-2 business days to receive a unit through RMA. Just because a tracking number is shown that a product is delivered to our location does not mean it has been received we are processing other RMA's as well. If it was delivered on the 9th today would be the start of the second business day. I would recommend emailing us to support@EVGA.com  with that tracking number if you would like, just make sure to attach your RMA number as reference.
