Weird. My order actually states the method as usps ground, but how in the heck can usps ground cost $9.50.
Your order did ship on 6/28, there's a bug on the site that doesn't show USPS orders shipped - I'm working on that.

Anyway we can be refunded the shipping? I think we all paid for 3 day ground... yet mine is going to take a week...

I assume you're referring to the order you placed on 6/28? It was placed after 3PM which is our cutoff for same day shipping. It shipped the very next day on UPS ground, which was free - so yes, I'll refund you $0, and is scheduled to be delivered on Tuesday. Unfortunately it's a three day weekend, otherwise it would have gotten there Monday. I'm afraid I don't see anything wrong with this?

So you do actually use USPS in some situations or what? Because I have never heard of USPS Ground assuming that is a bug as well. See USPS will still ship and deliver on Sat... and I thought UPS did as well but I guess your guys expensive option doesn't cover Sat delivery...

Surprisingly I received the mouse pad today. Ordered on 6/28 and received 7/1 through usps ground (CA to S.C.) Unless it was shipped usps priority and mistakenly labeled usps ground.

Given the holiday season, it will take several days. A recent product I just purchased early of last week is coming to me on Monday so almost a week later and I'm in the midwest as well. Give or take, around a week. If you're lucky, less. Unless of course you choose overnight or 2 day shipping via plane.

Well, they shipped out a package on the 4th, Wed, to me and it went UPS ground and is scheduled for the 11th, wed, drop off but sometimes they come a day early. Not alot anymore cause they seem to have the delivery times down pretty well. UPS usually will pick up all the packages in one shot at the end of the day like 7 or 8pm, so if you ordered now theyd make the sticker in the next couple hours and it would sit till tonight to go to sort/processing and go from there. So id say Thursday the 12th most likely, but thats just a guess. You're alot closer than me.

Covered in this "legal section in detail" ---> Store Policies  In checkout shipping speeds is covered in "shipping Terms and Conditions" Would also depend on the Time of day you Place your order ... Next Business day would become day 1 (not weekends or holidays) The Independant transport company --> UPS, most likely ---> you would have to check with them about times & possible delays
