Very much so. Check out his DL speeds versus mine... and that's with only 2 of the 4 downstream channels bonded to my modem (see top of this page for pic).

My intent was to re-post to a thread I posted to a while ago. My old speed was 30+/- down but I was paying for 60.... The newest post shows my updated speed with my new router that allows me to achieve my advertised speeds. If you are saying that my speed is a failure in itself, I get what I pay for.

No, I was agreeing that it was a failure on your part to have paid for a faster service while not actually getting it. Sorry for the confusion.

I'm SUPPOSED to have a 10/1.5 service. For the past few months I have been having alot of issues gaming, doing downloads, streaming netflix etc and have even received a notice from my ISP saying my downloads were excessive. They asked me to "check for a virus" Anyway I've been getting horrible speeds ever since and I believe I am being throttled. This is a good day. Normally my dl speeds don't even hit 1M. After several weeks of this I'm going back to DSL. I'm just waiting for my new modem to arrive.

ebednar11 LOL, looks like you feel my pain paying for Cox's top tier data package. You really should hook that up to a DOCSIS 3.0 modem.

My ISP provider should fire the "failures" that say "yes your equipment will handle that speed" ...

My ISP... the speed is like sucking an ice cube through a straw. That probably sums it up right there.
