I'm going to buy a keyboard and it won't take a code I'm entering, it just keeps telling me "you must enter an associate code"...and yet that is what I'm doing.

any ideas??

at checkout is where you would use someones 'associate' code to get a discount....  but then there is also the 'rewards' code that is to be used only later when registering the product......

it is a bit confusing.... I know.

for instance - putting in my code ,  E54ARBK1Q0ZQ84O ,  at near the end of your checking out buying will give you a discount on whatever you buy....

it would go in that last box..

    .
...but using my rewards code is only when you register your item &  all it does is give me $ 2  in store credit.

Hum, ok well I am at the checkout, I have the page asking for "a" code. Bucks, coupon, promo, associate.

what do I do? You can post a number and I'll put it in.

i did - mine or anyones would be the associate code in the bottom box....

    E54ARBK1Q0ZQ84O

as mentioned - then later down the line when you register a product - then a persons rewards code / or affilate code , goes on the other type of page.

    as seen here -

it is a bit more confusing then it needs to be - as people have mentioned , and is supposed to be changing over to just 1 code in the future.... but for now, that's how it works...

Oh wait, I see your number now.

it just won't accept any code, must not be an eligible purchase....
