Guerrilla Games has confirmed that Horizon Zero Dawn Complete Edition will arrive on POC on August 7th, bringing with it the contents of the PS4 release as well as a wide range of graphical upgrades.

On PC, Horizon: Zero Dawn will release with a dedicated benchmarking mode, ultrawide support, variable framerates up to 120 FPS, dynamic foliage, dynamic resolution settings, field of view options, and improved in-game reflections.  All of these features are detailed in the trailer below.

In addition to this, PC gamers have been given system requirements fo Horizon: Zero Dawn, confirming that the game is a DirectX 12 title on PC and that the game will run on GPUs as old as Nvidia's GTX 780. graphics card with 3GB or more VRAM are required to run the game, though 6GB of larger graphics cards are recommended.

Below are Horizon: Zero Dawn#'s PC system requirements.

MINIMUM:

Requires a 64-bit processor and operating system
OS: Windows 10 64-bits
Processor: Intel Core i5-2500K@3.3GHz or AMD FX 6300@3.5GHz
Memory: 8 GB RAM
Graphics: Nvidia GeForce GTX 780 (3 GB) or AMD Radeon R9 290 (4GB)
DirectX: Version 12
Storage: 100 GB available space

RECOMMENDED:

Requires a 64-bit processor and operating system
OS: Windows 10 64-bits
Processor: Intel Core i7-4770K@3.5GHz or Ryzen 5 1500X@3.5GHz
Memory: 16 GB RAM
Graphics: Nvidia GeForce GTX 1060 (6 GB) or AMD Radeon RX 580 (8GB)
DirectX: Version 12
Storage: 100 GB available space

The recommended requirements don't look that bad to me.

It was a fun game but I kind of think it might be priced badly. I have seen it for $15 at the Playstation store pretty often but seems like they want close to retail on the PC. Guess I would have to really consider the graphical updates before I jump on getting it. Also keep in mind I played the whole game on the PS4 including the DLC so when I talk about value of the game it's because I would be double dipping on owning it also for the PC. If you haven't got a PS4 then it's worth the price.

Black Friday of 2018 it sold for $10 for the full game and DLC.  Of course the PC version is going to sell for more when it launches due to availability on a new platform and improved graphics such as lighting, shadows, and reflections; ultrawide support, unlocked fps, and higher resolution support.  It's not going to be a huge improvement, but enough to be worth the higher price tag as long as its not selling for $60.  Id say $40 to start would be fair.  Given if they worked on it right away it would deserve $60.  Just my opinion.  Always comes down to supply and demand.
