Hi again... I recently bought another monitor it is simple an AOC just 60hz but when I plugged into gpu's hdmi port the clock goes up and in idle mode marks 1480 mhz, is it normal this behavior?....
My setup is:

Yes I've heard using multi monitors can raise your idle clocks.

Just remember that the default monitor behavior will now be different outside of windows. The default monitor will favor hdmi before displayport.. dvi would be first.

So if you try and boot into safe mode Iin Windows or into the motherboard bios it will only show on the monitor connected to dvi/hdmi port when also using the displayport.

Set your vg248qe monitor to 120Hz or less while on the desktop.  See if that reduces your idle speed.

Yup normal, multiple monitors needs a higher pixel clock. Same with higher refresh rates.
