Hello, I just received my new (not bstock) GT 210 in the mail straight from EVGA's site (01G-P3-1313-KR), and I've registered the product and uploaded the invoice. I've gone to the products page and checked details, and I see that I have 82 days remaining to Step Up - however, there is no option to step up the product. Is it possible I could get some support for this?
