Help please error PrecisionX_x64 initialize :(

Dear people,
 
I deleted my evga precision and now everytime i boot my PC its giving me this error "PrecisionX_x64 initialize error"  After the delete my PC boots slowly aswell.
 
Any one could help me fix this issue? Any help would be appreciated

    Welcome to the Forum dorustrr
    Did you Delete it or Uninstall it?
     
    If you Deleted it.
    ReInstall it and re-start your computer and then Uninstall it to clean up the Registry
     
    If you Uninstalled it.
    Have you removed any Keys that may have been left over in Registry after the Uninstall?
