Help open rma second owner service center slow

Hello, i'm from Italy, i buy evga 2060 ko gaming from a guy on ebay 22 march 2021, he send me invoice from amazon.fr for warranty, vga after 1 week don't work anymore, fan spins but is dead, monitor no signal, i tried another vga and is recognized and working, so is the vga and i contacted service center to open rma, i uploaded invoice and all infos about my order on ebay the first owner etc but passed almost a week, i need vga to work in pandemic time smart working is all, can you please assist me to speed-up the thing? i'm reading on forum that many have problems with rma or long times, i know years evga is one of the top brands in the world, hope someone can assist me, thanks.

    Thanks Steve, i've sent an email to support, i read past week to contact service center to open an rma process, to send invoice and explain all, but they respond slow, one at day at best, hope via email is more faster.
