I just purchased this board instead of apex. I have a 9900ks + 4600mhz gskill royal processor. Help set up the BIOS and memory correctly. Does anyone have a config? or at least advice  I am very afraid of the stress of the CAO IO. SA - 1,480 IO - 1,4

No, I already learned the basic settings. I am interested in the stable overclocking of the i9 9900ks and the memory of the Gskil 4600 Royal. The standard profile (XMP) and what I did myself do not pass testmet

Have you tried setting your RAM manually to Mfg specs in BIOS ? (Not XMP)

I meant; memtest86+, HCI, GSAT, or was it another?

Anyway, I guess the actual test does not matter that much, I was just interested to try the same test and see what I got.

I have close to the same hardware as you, if you are interested, I might provide info about what I was able to get to work.

OK, you have Z390 Dark motherboard, 9900KS CPU, G.Skill 4600 RAM. What other components; video card (or none) Power supply, cooler, etc.?

When you ran (what) memory test, what were your settings and what exactly happened?

My current 24/7 setup is 5000MHz CPU, 4700MHz System Agent, 4500 MHz RAM.

I can give you my settings but that may or may not help.

What type of overclock are you wanting to do? CPU, RAM, or both?

If you failed stress testing at default settings, there may be something that needs to be addressed first, before attempting overclocking.

You don't use BCLK overclocking, just manually pushing the cpu multiplier.
I assume you believe it would be stable with that level of push and vdrop. But even the ram xmp settings you can change the voltage to be 1.465 default.

While the 4600CL18 Royal is on EVGA's QVL, it is not on G.Skill's QVL, the highest they go is 4400CL18 at 1.4V XMP.  Obviously there's more in it with fine tuning.
