Help, desperate sat evga

I bought a new chart. It came with a defect in the radiator. I have tried to talk to them and got only one response and am on my way for a week. It is normal ?.

Also find out if it was possible to extend the warranty from 5 years to 10 within the first 90 days of purchase. I hired the option of 5 but wanted to upgrade to 10, is it possible?

I would ask that you contact EVGA technical support in the country where you reside.

Hello, I opened a support ticket a few days ago. I only got one reply even though he wrote on different days.

I bought evgan because it seemed like an excellent brand with a good after-sales service that always helps the customer or gives them a solution.

In my case, this is not the case despite having different EVGA products.

I have also asked them to extend the warranty to 10 years. According to another user it was possible. I bought the graphics card on February 2 and registered the product. I selected a 5 year warranty and wanted to extend it to 10 by paying more money.

Nobody helps me.

I still don't get an answer. It's maddening. I thought evga had an incredible after sales service.

They don't answer, they don't give solutions.

I would like to extend the warranty from 5 to 10 years.

And I would like to have my evga 3090 radiator repaired or at least given a solution.

I would also like you to be honest if that is not possible.

But it is hard to pay so much money for EVGA products and that when you have a problem they abandon you.

You should attempt to contact them by phone during regular business hours in your area - getting help directly over the phone usually resolves a problem much faster than via email, and they should be able to get you an RMA setup over the phone in one go if the card is defective/was received in non-working order directly.

Hello, I did what you told me. I called this number (49.89.189.049 11
) but this does not give a signal.

I still do not receive a response on the service tickets.

On Monday I will go to the courts of my country because evga does not want to fulfill the guarantee. Processing a rma after about two weeks has been impossible.

Hello, I called him on the phone, the problem is that evga does not have support in Spanish. They speak in English or German.

The current situation in the world  has caused a lot of issues regarding service and staffing being available to all who need/ask for it.
 
I hope someone at eVGA in the USA sees this and tries to help....

Hello, I would like to update the case a bit.

First of all, thank you for the help you have given me. I have many EVGA products but I was unaware of the large community of users that there is.

Evga offered to cancel the 5-year warranty order. Later I could contract the 10-year guarantee.

Unfortunately this has not happened to this day.

As for the radiator I asked them if I could buy a new one. They told me that in the event of failure I would make use of the guarantee.

Overall very unhappy with customer support. I hoped at least that they would help me manage the warranty extension but that has not happened so far.

Hello, I responded 8 days ago to the ticket and I have not received a response. I'm just asking you to extend the warranty to 10 years.

Also on twitter I spoke with a person from evga who asked me for the ticket number and he has not responded to me again.

I have bought many evga products just for the support but the support in my case is being disastrous.

If you can't help me, I'm not going to get angry, I'll understand.

I can still return the graphics card to the store and look for another brand even if it takes time.

I only ask for sincerity. It's your job and I respect it.
