It is normal ?.Also find out if it was possible to extend the warranty from 5 years to 10 within the first 90 days of purchase. I hired the option of 5 but wanted to upgrade to 10, is it possible?

Hello, I opened a support ticket a few days ago. I only got one reply even though he wrote on different days.I bought evgan because it seemed like an excellent brand with a good after-sales service that always helps the customer or gives them a solution.In my case, this is not the case despite having different EVGA products.
I have also asked them to extend the warranty to 10 years. According to another user it was possible. I bought the graphics card on February 2 and registered the product. I selected a 5 year warranty and wanted to extend it to 10 by paying more money.Nobody helps me.
I still don't get an answer. It's maddening. I thought evga had an incredible after sales service.They don't answer, they don't give solutions.

But it is hard to pay so much money for EVGA products and that when you have a problem they abandon you.
Dabadger84You should attempt to contact them by phone during regular business hours in your area - getting help directly over the phone usually resolves a problem much faster than via email, and they should be able to get you an RMA setup over the phone in one go if the card is defective/was received in non-working order directly. You should be able to go to the top of the site from the EU & click "My EVGA" then click "Contact Info" and there should be phone numbers listed there to call.

I called this number (49.89.189.049 11) but this does not give a signal.I still do not receive a response on the service tickets.On Monday I will go to the courts of my country because evga does not want to fulfill the guarantee. Processing a rma after about two weeks has been impossible.

Hello, I would like to update the case a bit.First of all, thank you for the help you have given me. I have many EVGA products but I was unaware of the large community of users that there is.Evga offered to cancel the 5-year warranty order. Later I could contract the 10-year guarantee.Unfortunately this has not happened to this day.As for the radiator I asked them if I could buy a new one. They told me that in the event of failure I would make use of the guarantee.Overall very unhappy with customer support. I hoped at least that they would help me manage the warranty extension but that has not happened so far.
