Help - cannot submit ticket

I have a defective 3080 FTW3 Ultra and I can't submit a ticket. I've tried multiple browsers and clearing the cache and keep getting:
Access Denied
You don't have permission to access "http://www.evga.com/support/ticket/support.aspx" on this server.

    There are some problems on the site.  Contact or email EVGA on Monday https://www.evga.com/about/contactus/ and also send a message to webmaster@evga.com and tell them about the problem.
     
    If you are lucky, one of the EVGA Techs may see this thread and contact you.

    I sent you an email reply as attempting to submit the RMA gave me a similar error to the one for creating a ticket:
     
    Access Denied
    You don't have permission to access "http://www.evga.com/support/submitRMA.asp?" on this server.

    Go ahead and send a screenshot of the error over to webmaster@evga.com and reply to the email again letting me know the type of RMA you want.

    Thanks again! I appreciate the assistance and have received notification the RMA is submitted. I also received a response back from support to try a different device to avoid the server permission errors. I'll try that when I get to the next step.
