Help With No Step-up Allowed Issue

I just received a new 3070 Ti FTW3 2 days ago. Unfortunately, it won’t fit in my case. I saw this step-up thing and I’m looking forward to do a step-up. However, after registering and uploaded the invoice. It’s still showing no step-up allow. Can anyone help me with this problem? Tried really hard to buy a card, and I really need one. Appreciate!

    The FTW3 is the only option. So if the 3070 Ti doesn't fit, none will

    Hello jinshenglun! I looked into your account and it should be fixed now. Please clear your browser cookies and cache and try again. Please note that we only have FTW3 versions of our graphics cards available for Step-Up so if the issue is the card will not fit in your case, the Step-Up program is not going to be a resolution for this. Any card you would be able to Step-Up to would be either the same size or larger.

    I can only put a SFF case, and I had everything built up except the graphic card. I'm using a 5900x, which does not have intergrated graphics. I've waited 1 month for a msrp graphic card, finally got one and did not fit. 
    Do you know if there's any mini-ITX case can fit a FTW3?

     Lian Li PC-O11D Mini, Thermaltake Tower 100, Cooler Master NR200 all support over 300mm GPUs. The Cooler Master says 330mm is "longer than the Nvidia GeForce RTX 3090 FE". Best Regards

    Your rig sounds nice. I assume you're dealing with limited space? I would run a full-size tower if I had to in your situation. Function over form for me. I have an old Thermaltake Armor (Circa 2006-2007) case on my daughter's computer that weighs over 60 lbs. lol
