I just installed my 1080 SC 2 the other day and am using Precision X OC just to monitor temperatures, and while looking for a way to turn off the super bright leds I noticed where it says "voltage" to the left of "power target" its at 625w? Is that a W I cant tell, it jumped up to 850 too and as my psu is 550w I was momentarily freaked, but logically that can't be so, so what does that number indicate?

Also what is the default setting for the "voltage" slider? I accidentally clicked it up to 100 and am not overclocking so want it at the default value.

Lastly, is there any way to turn off the bright white led's? I see the little sensor temp led button but it doesn't stop the spot light coming out the rear of my computer...lol

mV = millivolts --> Not Watts

Lower right --> click ON the gear icon, that will open some Tabs - Fan Curve & LED

Default mV = down all the way

It is safe to use the XOC settings, Only GPU & Mem Clocks can be set too high for stability

PSA (public service announcement)  Do NOT set XOC to start with Windows, until you know the setting will not crash your GPU
If you enter unstable numbers -- you do not want the reboot after the system crash to Load those settings - right

Wow, Thank You! That is the clearest and most thorough answer I could ask for. Unfortunately the option for Appearance LED is dimmed out.. I think I cannot change it on this card?

You might be able to turn the led off using the nvidia led visualizer.
