Hello, I need help with a problem I've been having for quite some time now. Before I get into my issue, please keep in mind that I'm fully aware upgrading the rest of my hardware that I list would help a lot. This, however, is a personal project I'm working on that I truly want to finish.
So to start off, the Geforce product I have, along with my other hardware will be listed below this.
* GPU: GeForce GTX 570 EVGA HD 2.5GB Edition
* CPU: Intel Core 2 Quad Q9550
* Motherboard: Asus P5QL-VM DO
* OS: Windows 10 Pro 64-Bit
* PSU: MSI TurboStream 600W ATX 12V V2.2/ EPS
* Monitor: HP Compaq LA2206x
Okay, now onto my issue. Keep in mind I have made sure to download the latest drivers, I'm not too computer savvy but I know the basics. What will happen is, when I launch a game, such as CS:GO, after about 5-10minutes sometimes even 20 minutes of playing, I'll hear this weird sound and then my monitor will go all white or all black and will remain unresponsive until I hard reboot. Is this a conflicting issue with the other current hardware components I have installed? If not, please I truly seek and appreciate any, and I mean ANY help anyone can give to me. Let me thank whoever can in advance, I've honestly no clue where else to turn. Thank you.

    Sounds like the card has become unstable at its factory clock speeds. Do #4 listed here to see if it helps bring the card back into a stable state.

    P.S. How old is your psu?

    I've honestly no clue how old the PSU is, but if getting a newer one is necessary that'd be no problem as of right now.
    I will look into the post you linked and repost here what the results come to be, thank you kindly for taking the time to help out !

    Also can you describe the sound? It would be great to know if it sounds like a jet taking off or something like an electronic beep.

    It sounds more like an ..... "Errrrrrrrrrrrrrrghghghghgghhzzp" sound from my headset, then the screen goes either black or white.

    Another question though, given the rest of the hardware I listed, is there any reason whatsoever that the GTX570 HD would be incompatible, and or not work to it's fullest potential? I hope I'm asking that correctly.
