Does the card work like it should when gaming? If yes, then I wouldn’t suggest flashing the vbios at all. The problem is most likely gpu-z not having your vbios version in its database. No reason to flash a perfectly working card over that.

Have you tried displayport? 
 
However to me it looks like the card BIOS is corrupt. GPUZ definitely has that card in it's database so it should identify it. 
 
Have you contacted EVGA customer support?

uhm I am affraid I dont have displayport monitor. Disabling and re-enabling the card windows sees it ok, but gpu-z not.

I am affraid it didnt fix the issue. Its still showing no video and the same on GPU-Z. Is there anything else I can try ? another command from nvflash that forces all values to factory ?.
I am under the impression its not being flashed. I saw other videos in youtube where it confirms that the card is protectedoff and it confirms it was flashed. Here just says reboot.

That was too much brute force to me , uhmm.. i read about InfoROM in some articles.. maybe something related?

yep, even tried with a complete shutdown after the flash.. didnt change anything. look like it isnt actually flashing the bios. I am quite lost at this point of time and RMA doesnt look like an option to me. A friend has the exactly same card, i asked for him to save his vbios and send it to me to flash... didnt work either.
 
I found a comand in nvflash to restore a local copy of infoROM, would that make any change?
 
according to the nvflash is valid...

What does Precision X1 say about BIOS on the ReBAR tab?

Hi Precision X1 doesn't even start up. It shows de splashscreen and then it shutsdown.

Not going to be able to flash the gpu with nvflash since the gpu isn’t detected when running the —list command.

weird thing is... its being detected with the --list...

I am clueless... the OS both windows and linux dectects the card, but they are unable to load the driver..
