Heard ZAP, saw smoke, blew out fire. Need help identifying board functions in the scorched area.

A drip of solder from my installation of some additional cooling fans was wat caused the source of this mishap. That 4sec soft shutdown seemed to take forever.

Anyone know who or wat EVGA department I may direct an email to.
Figured I should try and discover wat this area of the board does before I attempt to boot it again.

Also is there a thread of things only dumbasses do? I’d like to join the club.

Powered up and heard a zap then smoke then fire. Haven’t attempted to power it up again. Clean some of the soot off with alcohol. Figured I couldn’t make it much worse. Guess I am hopeful this area is wat powers the nearby chipset fan header. Hard to tell how deep the damage is but couldn’t have had time to get past the top layer. I was standing right over it when it occurred.
Seriously bummed.

Will include a stock board photo to give a better idea of the location.
