The hearing in my right ear is better than my left, so I reduce the right side volume to make it sound the same. The problem is that this resets every time I turn my pc off. I haven't installed the newest driver but this has been an issue since I got the regular nu audio card since launch.

Thanks for reporting this.  I'll pass it on to our Audio team.

What % are you setting the volume to on each side before you turn the PC off?  We need to rule out something.

I have the same issue, but using NU Audio Pro + surround card. I have my headphone levels in the NU Audio software set to anywhere from 35-50 depending on music or games. Also I have Windows 10 audio set to 100 level as was previously suggested. It always resets after restarting or turning off my pc. I'm also using latest software update as well. Hope that helps.

What does it reset to after restarting the PC.  Can you give me a specific example, instead of a volume range?  Much appreciated!

Sorry for no reply, but this is still an issue. I have my left set to 85% and my right to 70%. If I need to change left to 100% and drop right to 85% I can do so if it will save my settings for headphones.
