I'm currently using a 1080Ti FTW3 with Precision XOC 6.2.3 on a Win 7 SP1 64 bit OS and ran into this weird issue. I've uninstalled and re-installed the app at least 3 times and the problem keeps re-occurring. After first installation and use the HW Monitoring works fine and I'm able to click on it and it pulls up fine. After using it during a gaming session and I try to pull up HW Monitoring the graph no longer pulls up and shows nothing on my desktop except when I hover my mouse on the task bar and all you see is white box in the pop up. I've attached the file for reference. I hope you guys can help me find a fix for this!

PS - I'm not running any other monitoring app for the GPU nor the CPU, all I have running is glasswire for my network and f.lux.

I figured out what was going on. HW Monitoring goes crazy and will not go back to normal when you have an in game crash while HW monitoring is active and is visible on the desktop. You will have to uninstall and re-install in order for this to work normally again. To circumvent this annoying issue, this means that you can't leave HW Monitoring on while playing games. The work around for this is to log your games if you want to monitor it versus using HW monitor.

I hope this helps anyone who runs into this issue. Hopefully EVGA can fix this in the next version of XOC.
