Tip: Sometimes if you change the region of the EVGA Homepage (top-right corner) you can search for and find things that may not be shown in other regions (for some reason or another), searching the Part Number instead of the name is sometimes more productive too..Like here in the Australia region an RTX 2070 XC ULTRA is shown.

I think if there's any VBIOS updates, they might be shown in your "My Products" page..And are always posted in the Forums for your card series..Or might also be shown in the Drivers and BIOS tab of the EVGA Download Center..Or you can always Contact EVGA Customer Service to find out.

GPU BIOS files are Not linked to any public download pages ... unless EVGA makes a special "universal change" which would be tied to a special announcement

Why do you think you need to flash your GPU ?

For Official EVGA BIOS ... contact customer service After you register the card

They will want the factory BIOS number listed on a sticker - that might be under the backplate
