Before changing my CPU to i7-9700T (R0 stepping), my H370 Stinger PC can play 4K UHD BD properly.
But after changed the CPU, it can't play 4K UHD BD anymore.
PowerDVD 14 OEM says it has an error code 01003 - iGPU error.
Cyberlink Ultra-HD Advisor says Advanced Protected Audio/Video Path (GPU) error. (SGX/ME/GPU Decoding/HDCP 2.2 are all OK)
I can self-fix this question by changing back the CPU to i5-8400T (U0 stepping).
But I don't want to continue using i5-8400T on H370 Stinger because it doesn't have TXT technology to enable motherboard's TPM 2.0 module.
I tried both BIOS 1.06 and 1.07 the results are same.

I bought an i5-9600K SRG11 (R0 stepping) and it had the same problem either.
So I believe that this is a general issue of all R0 stepping CPUs.
I asked Intel support but they finally asked me to find motherboard manufacturer for further support.
So I continue this thread for EVGA side's help.
