Guest RMA is not working on the US Website, it has been over a week now.

Under IE and Firefox.
 
This one Works https://au.evga.com/support/guestregister.asp but is only for that region.

I'm sorry for the confusion; we have now removed the Guest RMA option, and all products will need to be registered and a standard RMA submitted instead.

It would be nice if EVGA management would alert customers about this. How are people suppose to check remaining warranty on products now?
 
It's never a good idea to leave your customers in the dark like this.
 
I wonder if they made this change just to make it harder for "traders" to find out the remaining warranty length on evga graphics cards.

EVGA making changes without alerting users or Mods? Never... it’s not like they would ever do something like that.

1080ti SC2 said for over a month it would only have white lights, but without notice changed a bunch of things on the list to include the SC2 having RGB, and didn’t notify anyone.

Not to mention the new layout for the products list that has received stellar feedback.

Lest we forget the elite status also. “We would love your feedback, but will ignore every thing you say” -EVGA

I have emailed evga customer service before (not about this) only for them to ignore my email. EVGA should make an official statement about this, instead of leaving customers in the dark. With Guest RMA gone, how are customers suppose to check the warranty on used cards before they purchase them.
 
Does evga really want people to flood support to request a check on remaining warranty length now?

I could say I wonder why but then I really have not had any issue with EVGA Customer Support.
I ask this question here on the Forums (Not EVGA Customer Support) and EVGA EVGATech_BrandonS Posted and answer.
As far as I see it this Thread it is a closed issue for me.
I only asked because I was tying to Help another Forum Member with question about a second hand card.

The tech didn't answer how customers can check the remaining warranty on used products. I bet i'm not the only one wondering what's going on. This probably doesn't make evga customers have confidence in buy evga products, when evga removes the easy way to check the remaining warranty on evga products, without informing customers of the change.

It Does not take that much Effort to simply Call EVGA Support to ask the same Question about a Used Product.
I can see why EVGA Dropped this as it in a way puts them in the Second Hand Business and is not a good thing IMO.
You are also asking EVGA about a Product you Do Not Even Own, Buying Second Hand adds more on the Buyer now is all.
Buy The Item Register the Item and see what comes back to you. This really should not be EVGA's Job but the Sellers Job.
Effort can go a long way in Today's World

I am getting a used card in trade for one of my cards. The use of the guest RMA check was extremely nice to have a direct answer to how many days are left without spending 10-15 minutes trying to get the answer. Having to stop everything to call Tech Support is absolutely ridiculous when it was easy enough to type in the serial number and show the person how much time was left. Now it will all be word of mouth, which is crap!

I do understand this and yes it will be missed.
I just went to MSI, ASUS, GIGABYTE, and ASRock.
All require you to login and Register the Product.
None of them have any Kind of Guest RMA Process.
Who was it that said they wish EVGA was more like the Other Companies

Evga should redirect guest RMA to a “warranty check” page, and then tell everyone to register their card for warranty services. It sucks seeing evga turn into Asus.
