Gtx 1080 SC ACX 3.0 stuck at 405mhz memory clock

Hello , I recently updated BIOS according to forum post "Update 11/9/16 with NEW BIOS - EVGA GeForce GTX 1080/1070/1060 PWM Temperature Update" /// 08G-P4-6183-KR - EVGA GeForce GTX 1080 SC ACX 3.0 -  |  //// 
 
Now my memory clock stays at 405mhz no matter what I do. Is there a bios that will work for me ? 
Thank you for your time . 
p.s . I've clean installed using DDU all drivers and purged utilities (evga precisionx) in safe mode.

    The clocks are at idle with the GPU Load at 0% as shown in GPU-Z..Should clock up when you run the Render Test (the little "?" button to the right of Bus Interface)..Yes/No?

    Looks normal to me. If the clock is stuck at 405 while under a load I would recommend flashing back to the original vbios.

    hi i have the same problem my gpu ram stuck on 405 mhz.
     
    i have back datet to the old vision and it suck on 405 mhz
