I have just brought a 1070 SC and have ran into a issue of black screen and 100% fan speed. But looking into this there was no real pointers to regards on a fix. So I decided to take it out of my system and have given it a clean and a repaste as the original warranty stickers where still on over one screw and have placed it back into the system to where I have yet to come back to the issue. But I think a combination of a spotty connection either in the pcie lane or 8pin and old paste caused the issue
