Frequency is the trump card..The 4000MHz stuff would be faster/better..But, 128GB?..How do you know you need that much, or even 64GB?..Did you find out how much RAM your system's using now?

Need to also find out if the RAM is compatible with your mobo..Check the Memory QVL on your mobo product page or on the RAM product page..RAM on the QVL has been tested to work.

A mobo BIOS update may also be needed for better RAM compatibility.

Check the frequency and latency. Do you plan on overclocking?

Yes I do plan to overclock. The memory isn't for need, this pc is going to be a want I always wanted to build.

I bought the 128GB of 3600mhz cuss I couldn't find the 4000 available for sale when I bought mine. Didn't really care how far it overclocked since I bought the Intel 10900k to go with it and a Asus Xii hero.

Why not 16GB or 32GB?  For gaming, 16 or 32 GB should be more than enough.
If you buy more than you need, it will be slower, and will be an obvious waste of money.
And as far as recommendations are concerned, it really depends on the motherboard and CPU you are expecting to buy.  Some combinations perform best with 2 sticks of RAM. Some combinations perform best with 4 sticks of RAM.
