Got charged 565.12 for the crossship RMA for my PSU and only got refunded 439.98

I recently had to do a crosship rma for my PSU. I paid a total of $565.12 for the item + authorization hold.
I just received an email saying i will get a refund of 439.98. How you guys dont fully refund ??? Scam?

    Hi,

    We both charge and refund in US dollars. Unfortunately the conversion rate is not consistent between US and Canada. I see we both charged and refunded 439.98 in US dollars. We would reccomend reaching out to your bank to cover the exchange rate difference.
