Global warranty for GTX 1070 SC2 ?

Hello guys, in Poland GPUs are so expensive 
 
My friend imported  GTX 1070 SC2 from Amazon.com (USA). He bought it on July 21, 2017 How could he check if it is on warranty ?? .. will he get warranty on Poland (Germany for EU) if he bought it from Amazon.com (from USA) ? I just need to know what to do if GPU will be broken some day. I think there are two options: send it to Germany or send it to the USA.
I need to know it because i'm gonna buy that gpu, and he agreed to sell me it but i must know this fact about warranty. 

Please do reply if you are sure about this 100%

    Since you'll be buying the gpu from him this is all you need to know...
     
    TRANSFERABLE WARRANTY (SECONDARY OWNER)
    EVGA offers an transferable warranty for products shipped new from EVGA on or after July 1, 2011 so long as the product is in its original factory condition and retains all of the factory labels and stickers. The transferred warranty will not exceed 3 years from the products shipping date from EVGA and will also not exceed the original warranty offered on the product.

    Sending the card to germany will be fine. No need to send it to the us.

    Thanku you Sajin. One more question. the card number (or serial number idk) is: 08G-P4-6573-KR. It was bought on July 21-2017 How long warranty I have as a secondary owner ?? Do I need to  have purchase evidence (Just one paper send as pdf from Amazon-thats all i have)

    No problem. You'll get the remainder of the 3 years. You don't need any paperwork. To find out how many days you have remaining contact evga support... https://www.evga.com/about/contactus/
     
    Note: You'll need the cards serial number when contacting evga support.

    RMA in your region ships to/from Munich, Germany..If not done already, your friend should create an EVGA account and register the card now and upload the invoice so that is all taken care of..Products eligible for EVGA's Standard Warranty do not require an invoice.
     
    After your friend creates an account and logs in and registers the card, click the "MEMBER" dropdown at the top of the EVGA HOME page, then click "My products" where the card will be shown..Click "VIEW DETAILS" of the card and it will show the information, warranty remaining, how to RMA (if ever needed) and links to other things.

    Ah, I thought it said before but because my card's out of warranty it says "This product is out of its warranty period."..But you got the purchase date and warranty information there anyway.
