Thanks to @mooreslawisdead, we have our first look at Gigabyte's RTX 3080 Ti Gaming OC graphics card, arriving in the form of GPU packaging. This box confirms that Nvidia's RTX 3080 Ti will feature 12GB of video memory but reveals little else about the upcoming graphics card. 

Thanks to Gigagbyte's RTX 3080 Ti graphics card listings with the ECC, we already know that the company also has RTX 3080 Ti Aorus Master, RTX 3080 Aorus Xtreme, RTX 3080 Aorus Xtreme Waterforce, RTX 3080 Aorus Xtreme Waterforce WB (Water Block), RTX 3080 Ti Vision OC, RTX 3080 Ti Eagle OC, and RTX 3080 Ti Turbo GPUs in the works. These models are expected to feature similar PCB designs and cooler designs as their RTX 3080/RTX3090 counterparts. 

With 12GB of VRAM, Nvidia's RTX 3080 Ti graphics cards will feature a hefty upgrade to memory bandwidth and memory capacity, offering a 20% increase in bandwidth and capacity if Nvidia chooses to use 19 Gbps GDDR6X memory modules. Add on additional CUDA cores, and Nvidia's RTX 3080 Ti will be a PC gaming beast. 

Right now, Nvidia's RTX 3080 Ti is expected to launch in early-to-mid June, assuming that Nvidia doesn't delay its RTX 30 Ti launches. 
 
One interesting observation to me is the 4 year warranty shown on the box.

and hopefully at decent prices and not ludicrous  1000€+ for a gpu chip
 
but i can see the scalpers already drooling for this one and getting ready for the online mass orders assault... unfortunately..

the 2080 Ti was only 20% to 25%max more performance then my 1080 Ti!!

EVGA 3080ti will be the most sought after GPU in the world.

I'm really curious to see the benchmarks on these, I'm guessing they're going to be very close to 3090 performance for gaming, but I wonder if the premium will even be worth it.

Personally I think the delays are an attempt to build up stock but there won't be enough even with that strategy. 

Not sure how well the que will work out based on the amount of new elite members that have come off the streets... not sure of how many but feels like there's 10k new elites ready to jump in the que

Everything just feels like vaporware right now. Hard to get excited anymore.

Think for a second this scenario, they are delaying to get good stocks everywhere, and as we know scalpers will get most of the cards, when they do they go to ebay and mass list those cards and than competition rises and maybe the price difference remains some 100 dollars from msrp since every scalper tries to list !

How can we forget, while pc are without gpu? Thi situation is out of control...

I just want A card... I'd settle for 3080, 3070, or even 3060Ti or 6700/6800 XT, whatever, even maybe a slightly older card, if it wasn't completely insanely priced and going to benefit a scalper. I feel 3080 Ti might be a slightly better opportunity to grab a new card.
 
At least I don't need a card; this is all just for funsies. All the cynicism and ridiculous stock issues make me want to take a break from gaming for a long time and just do something else anyway. But old habits are tough to break.

I feel ya what your saying I'm going to drop out of the 3080 que for now. Crossing my fingers for a ti to pop up at some point
