I can play  games fine dont get no crashes, Also I get code D6 few times a week supossed be GPU but again GPU works 100% fine I have dont OC and ran OCCT and all the OC apps out there no crashes no hang ups. they all run 100% fine. 04 could be because of a device acting up. Disconnect all sata, & usb devices to see if the issue improves. D6 could be caused by not having your monitor on at power up.

Hi Saijin thanks answering. Will do that troubleshoot and see what happens. Well now you mention it Monitors I notice takes bit longer respond to GPU. like maybe 5 sec. if monitor is going bad I still under warranty got 2 yrs left.

Since I read somewhere Code 04 might be Ram related too I ran Memtest86 and pass no errors. Sata will be tested soon to see.

Very happy Ram pass. All Memetest86 were 100% no Errors. Update on 04 Code ever since I reset cmos has not giving that code with it's beeps so far. hmm make me wonder if it was simple fix like that. But will still troubleshoot more Satas only have one connected rest are NVMe M.2 2 of them all device manager show fine no ! at all.

Ok I whent tru hoops doing this and that did a clear cmos than downloaded and updated Bios to make sure there was no probable corruption that might existed that could been so minute to cause Codes 04,D6,A6. Strange thing of it was Windows dome as it can be was going on a loop trying to repair which probably thought there was something wrong with windows itself. Gave a Bios warning too that NVMe were not present which I got 2 installled and had regular SSD install as well. So after letting windows go on loop for few min decided to remove the SSD was not really using for nothing. Once I did this Windows booted fine and got final Code of A0 which is all is OK. Will see during the next few days when I turn on PC if give me back code 04. Running Windows 11Pro 22H2

Best advice I could offer at this point would be to try another motherboard just like yours to see if that resolves the issue. I believe there is something going on with the motherboard itself, and the only way to test that theory would be to try a replacement board.

I call EVGA support today talk with them for a bit. told about Code 04  they mention that not really anything worry about if PC0 not crashing nor any major problems. Did tell abotu getting D6 which happens not all the time but it does happen told steps to take and that way figure out if GPU is on it's way out. I hope not is only 1yr few months old. Oh well will have to use my other GPU to see if I get D6 on other GPU I have.
