When you say splitters, are you talking about those sata to pci e 6/8 pin connectors? Those things are sketch. But remember those can only offer like 50w power I think. So they’re not gonna deliver the 100w or more power that a true 6/8 pin can deliver. I would say that would be okay if you were powering a GTX 1650 that just happens to come with a 6 pin but anything else I wouldn’t use one of those
