that would make it an optimus notebook, though i think nvidia are calling the 20 series hybrids MSHYBRID,  the scaler needs to connect directly to screen for integer scaling.

Official info:
Using Integer Scaling:
-Requires a Turing GPU (GeForce RTX 20 series/GeForce GTX 16 series) and Windows 10 April 2018 Update and above
-Integer Scaling is not supported in Surround mode, on tiled displays, with custom resolutions or when DSR is enabled
-Pixel formats supprted: RGB/YUV444/YUV422
-When the display has a different aspect ratio from the game, you will see black borders on the display.
-Integer Scaling is not supported In MSHybrid notebooks where the integrated graphics are managing the display properties

For years we have looked into ways we could bring Integer Scaling to Geforce users through a software approach but came up empty.  On previous GPUs, the scaling filters were completely baked into the hardware while Turing added some additional programmability that allowed us to implement a nearest neighbor filter as an additional option.  Thanks again for all of your suggestions.  We hope you will give the new driver a try and continue sharing your feedback with us.

Is the only difference between the original download and the current one the ability to deselect GFE? The driver is the same?

Further testing on ultra low latency mode. It appears to kill FPS by about 20 FPS in BFV. I just wasn't noticing because I get between 150 and 200 FPS with my settings.

No need to go that high unless your screen's Hz supports it otherwise you're just wasting energy, adding load to the GPU you'll never see and thermals will be higher.

The higher FPS results in less input lag. Anytime that you cap the FPS (using a program like RTSS), you are adding lag. One computer has 165Hz monitor, the other is a 240Hz monitor. I prefer extra low latency in the games that I play because they are online FPS games.

You will screen tear and that should throw your game off or 'lag' you up a bit.  Never heard that going above your screen's capabilities will decrease lag.

Folks who play hardcore FPS, purchase 1080p 240hz screens and run which ever title it maybe to it's lowest settings for the ultimate FPS master race.

It's the capping part that adds lag.

Having an issue with these drivers that I had with previous Nvidia drivers but not with the last 431.60... When I select optimal power, playing my games the card will stay at max overclock and not down clock on less demanding game play. Playing RE2 with the last driver set worked fine with EVGA PX1. My 2080 Ti would go to 2100 and down clock to 1200 MHz and keep my game at 60 FPS with V sync enabled. With these drivers, my card will stay at full max overclock. Wonder if it is an issue with the driver itself or with Precision?

This has been going on forever. Nvidia has never fixed this. We are talking years forever.

My BFV stutters aren't as bad as I stated before but it will show up on heavy graphic scenes, especially flying as a pilot when diving and dropping a bomb load but once the stutters are said and done, you're dead. lol

BFV in dx12 can't be affected by low latency settings, but it may be affected by a memory leak in the driver that is resulting in tdr's on some systems.

There may also be a case for using MSI Util here to make the cards not use slower legacy interrupts (i wish nvidia would announce that they are no longer supporting PCI-E 1.x chipsets so they can officially support MSI's by default.
