Works fine for me I literally just updated 5 minuets ago and I wasn't having problems before and I'm not having any issues now. Maybe reinstall GeForce experience and your graphics driver after you reinstall.

Fine for me (gtx970 lol). But happened to me before; work around was a clean install or wait until the next update lol.

I haven't had an issue specifically with framerate, but I did have a really dumb issue with GeForce experience refusing to launch and essentially half-installing a driver. After the tedious process of clean installing (via Display Driver Uninstaller DDU if anyone cares), I clean installed GeForce experienced and it fixed the program up. Maybe give it a whirl?
