Zero error no problem on 310.90 WHQL. I installed 310.90 WHQL from 310.70 WHQL last night without using clean sweeper and untick Perform clean installation and HD Audio because I have no problem with last WHQL driver and this new driver is much better with no issue crash. I test many games so far very good and i can see it bit more increases on some games smooth and really happy with Nvidia 3D get work well! Best recommend to default your graphic card overclock and close Evga precision or MSI afterbruner before install new driver! Then you can re open Precision or msi and re overclock your graphic. It good to go. If you are using Precision K-boost you may need reboot pc after install new driver! Thanks Nvidia made me day

Installed using GeForce Experience. Seemed to just download the necessary driver without anything else under Custom Install. No issues so far.

How's stability versus 310.70?
same for me as 310.70. benchmarks slightly lower (a tiny bit) than in 310.70, rest seems same. many people report more fluid gameplay on this driver, haven't had a chance to test myself.
I did comparison between 310.70 vs 310.90 in Heaven 3.0 & avp benchmarks:

I just tried these new WHQL driver and nvidia still has not fixed the notorious Windows 8 black screen bug. Its still broken!!
Seems like Win 8 is causing a lot of issues for Nvidia users. I'm glad I decided to skip out on Win 8!

My boost clock and voltage seems to fluctuate more, but it is running great for me in BO2.

EDIT: I fixed my stuttering issue by re-installing precision I had that rtss bug....that being said these drivers are OK they perform equal to the last 3-4 drivers released..

I see no improvements from the 310.70 to the 310.90. However that is not shocking. I can report the .90 works just fine though.
BF3, FC3, Saints Row 3 have been tested.

Driver claims to increase performance in FC3. Saw absolutely no improvement.
Since upgrading to this driver my cards now intermittently downclock to 324 MHz. Had this problem with one card before and I exchanged it and the problem was solved. Now this driver seems to be doing it to both of my cards. Everything was working fine on the 310.70 drivers. I will switch back to them.

For some people Windows 8 will not boot up with the latest nVidia drivers. The reason is that when you remove the older driver, Windows is not able to find the default driver for your Graphics Card. Windows is then "telling" Windows Update to automatically download the default driver and install it. While you are updating to the latest driver from the nVidia website, the drivers get mixed up. That's why it wouldn't start. This is what y'all gotta do. 1. Launch Windows 8 in Safe Mode (Shift + F8): Advanced repair options, Troubleshoot, Advanced options, Windows Startup Settings, Press "Restart" button. 2. Go to the Programs/Features screen in Control Panel and remove the default WHQL driver Windows Update installed for you. 3. Go to Windows Update in Control Panel and set it to "manually accepting updates". 4. Now go ahead and install the latest drivers. Windows Update will not interfere now.

New driver is junk, to much stuttering, way to much and on top of that my temps are so much higher i have every fan wide open including my PCI 80mm 110 cfm server fan wide open and at idle iim @ 52c hahah i can barley keep the temps down to 74 in bf3 unstalled the (Word edited out for language) driver now at max temps 68 and idle temsp 41 :) junky driver

I have yet to have an issue. Sounds like some are having issues and some aren't, just like with every OS.

Very strange artifacting in BF3 for me with standard clocks or overclocked doesnt seem to matter,also seems like some stuttering involved. This only seems to happen after a few hours of playing card temps are in the high 50 to low 60 degree mark. Going to try a reinstall of precision and the driver today to see if it helps

Is anyone else here experiencing flickering/flashing shadows in games when using this driver? I have turned off SLI, changed my resolution and turned off ambient occlusion, but nothing seems to remove this annoying issue. It's only apparent in the game from certain angles, but every shadow in the scene is flashing and does not stop if I leave the camera in one of the affected angles.

For anyone that plays World of Tanks, this is the best driver I have used since the game started.
