    The ddr3 model has 1GB of memory and the other has only 512megs of memory

    It is the better choice but it won't be that good for any modern gaming.

    Both of them are really not meant for gaming, other than browser based maybe. With 8 cuda cores they are quite limited. I think that's what RJ is referring to.
