I haven't downloaded this, but I like that it's all 64bit versions now for the drivers. Hopefully this will improve some things.

Anyone tried to do the super position SLI fix with this driver version ? It's giving me a "There was a problem importing settings for disk" Can anyone try and verify ?

Anyone getting peroitic black screens for a few seconds after updating to this driver? I've been getting them in the game Conan exiles, so trying to narrow down what is causing it. edit: driver reinstall fixed it, I think.

I have GTX 1070 FTW edition. I changed 2 things before the test game...
This update and cpu cooler as Noctua D15.
Last week I was seeing a temperature of 60-67 degrees in GTA5
But now 70-75 degrees. Is that normal or update causing this?

Trashed my 4k picture using these! It's like it could not recognise my Samsung 40" 4k screen. Had the res right but could not select anything other then rgb (which looked dark) and 4:4:2 for color profile.. and could not turn on HDR.
Installed after running DDU in safe mode as always and the screen on the first boot was a mess. Vertical light colored lines and could barely make out where the windows button was to reset the pc. Needed to remove the monitor cable and re seat it to fix that.
So I gave it 2 installs and said no thanks. Installed 388.71 and all those issues were gone.
Was using 388.31 prior.
So much for getting a security fix. :/

Wow, don't have nearly as bad of a time with these as AHowes. However, some games that I could alt tab out of to check my email and tab back in now video freeze when I tab back in. I haven't tried running them in windowed mode to see if that helps (never had to before).
This is with a 4K Samsung TV, but not directly as I'm using my 1080 Ti to feed my AV receiver Dolby 5.1 w/ Atmos.

If you had the same issue first thing I would of done was take the receiver out of the question and go straight to the tv from the card.
I am using a display port to HDMI adapter.. that's rated for ultra 4k.. gives me no probs with all the other drivers I've used though. Oculus is using the HDMI connection though not powered till I use it.
Had another screen connected as well and the pic looked fine on that one.. but I also removed it from the card and didn't matter.

Same here, except it was on my SC17 laptop running Windows 10 Pro. Wound up going back to 388.71 version after two hours of troubleshooting to try and get it resolved without reverting back to the older driver.

It's awesome that's what. It's basically a built in sweetfx for games that support it. I was using it in Ghost Recon the other day and it's pretty great. Lots of available options you can customize on the fly. You can set up 3 profiles as well. I hope support for this feature becomes standard. Getting sweetfx/reshade working in games is becoming an issue.

This driver appears to be working good for me.
Folding @ Home performance is the same as the last release of drivers.

388.43 works well. The latest driver gives a decent amount of a performance hit in Battlefront 2 and Battlefield 1.

I finally pulled these drivers. On W7, was getting black screen driver crashes with constant WHEA-Event Logger warnings with ID 17, traced to the PCI-e slot. Tried a bunch of things with nada success. DDU and custom install back to 384.76 and so far so good.

Far more likely to be caused by cpu microcode updates.

What do you mean? My MB bios? Lol, Asrock hasn't issued bupkis to address anything for the X99 platform.

...and if rolling back the driver stops the errors how is it FUNCTIONALLY different than, in my case, being a DRIVER that doesn't work as expected? Do your comments lead to another solution that I am unaware of that you would/could assist me with or are you just flinging 'superior knowledge' that has no applicability in real life?
