Steve at Gamers Nexus has been delving into the reported issues with the reference RTX 2080 Ti's

    I also have a card stuck at 1350 mhz.

    My RMA should be here today so I can finally have a working card.

    I can't even play a game and actively use my second monitor without the card crashing my PC

    The short version: RMA rates across all models are the same as previous generations. There's not a high failure rate. However, because this IS an expensive card, the level of noise about failures is commensurate with the cost. Which is fair.

    Yup, I posted the above so peeps can be informed about the actual state and not be knee jerk reactive to other "News" sites over sensationalized reports

    I have a question...are you set to (in the NV control panel) Prefer maximum performance in the 3d settings? Try setting it to
    optimal or adaptive...

    as an addendum, my card is like this, but I have it set to "prefer max performance"

    I see the Same if I Overclock to high but can reset it back to Stock Clock then set back the OC and all is fine.
