Hi everyone. have some troubles with my card.
Fans are all the time on 100% of speed.
I instaled the evga precision xoc, but changing speed does nothing.
Any solutions.

    It's one of two things...

Faulty fans, or a  faulty fan controller. If replacing the fans doesn't fix the issue you'll need to rma the card if you have any warranty remaining on it.

Hello @sajin, I recently purchased a new GTX 760 SC and it has no video display. I pretty sure it's defective since I have tried everything in the book, but I wanted to post this before I send it back. The problem is that when I plug it in to my PCI E slot, it doesn't display any video and my mobo doesn't even show it as plugged in I have used 2 of the same mobos so it's not the mobo, ive tried plugging it in 100 different times, PCI and power. My PSU is enough for it. I have tried two different monitors, HDMI, and VGA. Any thoughts would help thanks :)

If you've tried everything such as clearing the cmos & testing the card in another pc then I'd suggest you return the card for a refund.

Running fans at full speed is perfectly safe (and preferable with a temp report of 70 C, even). Doing so may decreases the fans' lifespan, but fans very seldom are outlived by any other components.
besides it's best to burn out relatively cheap fans to extend the lifespan of the costly parts they're designed to cool. The high and might cause problem.
